By accessing or using Harmony Haven (the "Service"), operated by Redemption Management, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

2. Service Description

Harmony Haven is an AI-powered couples relationship app offering personality profiles, streaks, love notes, conflict resolution, and related relationship tools.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service. By using the Service, you represent that you meet this age requirement.

4. Account Responsibility

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful or harmful purpose
• Harass, abuse, or harm another person
• Attempt to disrupt, reverse engineer, or gain unauthorized access to the Service
• Upload malicious code or violate the rights of others

6. User Content Ownership

You retain ownership of the content you submit. By submitting content, you grant us a limited license to use, store, and display it solely to provide and improve the Service.

7. AI Disclaimer

The Service provides relationship tools and personality insights. It does NOT constitute couples therapy. Consult a licensed therapist.

8. Payments

Paid subscriptions are processed through Stripe. Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless canceled. You may cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

9. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of the Service, excluding user content, are owned by Redemption Management and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute them without permission.

10. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Redemption Management shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Service.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
